NukkAI is a private AI laboratory, based in Paris, which was co-founded in March 2018 by Véronique Ventos and Jean-Baptiste Fantun. It brings together a team of researchers from different AI communities and different countries, all with the goal of building an innovative AI architecture designed to meet very complex challenges. In March 2022, NukkAI achieved a major milestone in AI by surpassing 8 world champions of Bridge. Until now, Bridge had been an insurmountable challenge for AI because, unlike simpler games where the algorithm benefits from complete information (chess, go), it requires AI to collaborate with a human agent. This breakthrough opens up numerous opportunities for applications in sensitive fields (defense, aerospace) where collaboration and supervision by humans is essential. We supported NukkAI in redefining its messaging and brand identity to prepare for its commercial acceleration.
