2. General terms and conditions of use of the site and the services offered

Use of the Caleb Ventures site implies full acceptance of the general terms and conditions of use described below. These terms of use may be amended or supplemented at any time, so users of the Caleb Ventures site are invited to consult them regularly.

3. Description of the services provided

The Caleb Ventures site aims to provide information on all the company's activities. GASNOST DVA strives to provide the most accurate information possible on the site. However, it shall not be liable for any omissions, inaccuracies, or deficiencies in the update, whether caused by it or by third-party partners providing this information.

4. Intellectual property and counterfeiting

GASNOST DVA owns the intellectual property rights or holds the rights to use all the elements accessible on the site, in particular the texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, and software. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, or adaptation of all or part of the site's elements, regardless of the means or process used, is prohibited without the prior written authorization of GASNOST DVA.
